Data Management Training in Prague
September 28, 2007 08:51 AMby Brian RoepkeSorry for the long delay in posting. I thought Id start back with a little trip report so to speak. A few weeks ago the team and I traveled to Prague in the Czech Republic for the Autodesk EMEA Productstream 2008 Training; a major event held solely for data management partners looking to learn Productstream for the first time or hone their already excellent skills.
More than 220 attendees participated in technical training from various countries around EMEA that included various tracks of Productstream 2008 Introduction, Introduction Training, Advanced Microsoft SQL Server Implementation and Advanced Productstream 2008 Implementation! For the advanced classes we covered the following topics in detail sharing some of my teams best practices:
1) Data Loading
2) Advanced Bill of Materials
3) Engineering Change Reporting and Metrics
4) Options and Configuration Tips and Tricks
5) Productstream Replicator
6) ERP Integration Strategies
Over all the event was a ton of fun and I think a great success! Ive included a few pictures of the city and the event. Enjoy!
