I like the naming/numbering added function but how does this apply to a group of designers, ie, will it prevent duplicate file names. If I choose 10003 and my coworker creats a part will it automatically give him 10004 and block him from using 10003?

Brian, I was hoping you could answer a question for me. If I have 10 Inventor Licenses and 5 Vault Manufacturering. Can users still use the Vault without taking a VM license. Meaning Only a few people will need to you Vm but all will use Vault. Is this possible?

Its not possible to use 5x Vault and 5xVault Manufacturing Licence. All of the Clients System need the same Licence (All Vault, VW, VC or VM) but if you want only to read the Files you can use the Webclient. Greets Mathias

Brian, Is there any way to use the auto increment in the part numbering along with the free text and still get the numbers to increment. I can't seem to get the auto increment to work unless I use it alone or with fixed text. Any Advice

Can automatic File Numbering work with the 'Frame Generator', 'Tube and Piping', etc.? Also, can this work with 'Copy Design'?
