Setting up Working Folders when rolling
Setting up Working Folders when rolling out Autodesk Vault to a large design group can time consuming. Use one PC to setup Vault Explorer and navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Autodesk\VaultCommon\Servers\[server name]\Vaults\ \Objects and copy WorkingFolders.xml to each user

What does Rolling mean. We have a large group of people working on a single project and have had some trouble. I am curious if this will help us.
